Time:240m This course will give you a comprehensive understanding of Supplier Management. Supplier Management (SM) is concerned with ongoing, day-to-day management of the supplier using the five components of results, risk, interface, review and contract.

The purpose of supplier management is to ensure effective supplier management by coordinating all the activities necessary to support this. SM addresses the day-to-day management, interaction, relationship management, contract management, performance management, and review and coordination of improvement initiatives. It is the foundation for all forms of SRM intervention, mitigates risk, and not only prevents suppliers form hurting us, but also encourages those that can help us.
